Gluten Free Vegan Lasagna
Our vegan lasagna is made with layers of fresh pasta, rich vegan bolognese sauce. We use Damona dairy-free cheese throughout the layers. Simply cook in your home oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes (from frozen). Remove lid for an additional 10 minutes to achieve a nice crispy top layer. Our smaller lasagna requires less cooking time.

Vegan mince, tomato passata, Ardor Food Co Plain Flour (white rice flour, tapioca starch, maize flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, pea protein, xanthan gum, psyllium husk & sugar), water, carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms, olive oil, butter beans, parsley, red wine, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, sweet paprika, fennel seeds, garlic, salt & pepper, turmeric.

Pesto (mixed through béchamel): Fresh basil, lemon, almonds, pine nuts, cashews, olive oil, salt, pepper.
