INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

275ml of warm water

250g of ARDOR's Gluten Free Plain Flour

2.5g of dry yeast

3tsp of vanilla essence

4g of salt

25g of caster sugar

ARDOR's Gluten Free Pancakes

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

1 cup of ARDOR's Gluten Free Plain Flour

1 pinch of salt

2 teaspoons of baking powder

2 tablespoons of raw sugar

1 lightly whisked egg

1 cup of milk

2 tablespoons of butter

Teaspoon of vanilla essence

ARDOR's Gluten Free & Vegan Gnocchi

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

1kg of red potatoes

200g of ARDOR's Gluten Free Gnocchi Flour

1 pinch of nutmeg

1 pinch of white pepper

2 pinches of salt

Cook for 3-4 minutes in boiling water

ARDOR's Gluten Free Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

250g unsalted butter

8 bananas (mashed) + 1 banana (sliced)

4 eggs

400g brown sugar

1/2 cup of milk

375g ARDOR's gluten free plain flour

1 teaspoon of bi-carb soda

1 tablespoon of salt

*Bake for 90 mins at 160°C*

ARDOR's Gluten Free Brownies

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

150g unsalted butter

300g dark chocolate (half finely chopped, half roughly)

4 eggs

330g brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

150g ARDOR's gluten free self-raising flour

100g milk chocolate (chopped)

100g dark chocolate (chopped)

100g white chocolate (chopped)

*Bake for 35 mins at 180°C
